Famed for our food we are excited to share our new restaurant Etain re launched to celebrate our ten year anniversary this May. Interiors are inspired by ‘Tin’ to pay tribute to ten years and you will find an assorted medley of wonderful textures and metals throughout. Table tops of tin, zinc, lead, and wood make up the dining area and bi-folding doors overlook the hotel garden and result in a dining area full of character and style. New head chef Matt Budden brings with him a wealth of experience and his menus offer dishes full of vibrant colour, flavour and faultless execution. British a la carte dining at its best with the majority of produce sourced locally.
The hotel has always been renowned for its extensive wine list and is a real treat for wine lovers! We are proud to show off wine from regions across the world and include a number of hidden gems. Our monthly wine dinners take place on the last Friday of every month and see head chef Matt team up with Max from Priory wines to introduce a new region of choice. 4 courses are paired with wines and both chef and sommelier will talk you through each course.
