Interiors reflect the unique location and one giant tree from the forest was sliced and dried to create a natural canvas for the restaurant. Stripped back brickwork, cosy alcoves and a roaring fireplace ensure the perfect location for relaxation and dining. Burcher is renowned for its Sunday Roast menu- locally sourced New Forest Sirloin is slow cooked served with mountains of vegetables and all the trimmings, followed by a choice of all the classics- a berry crumble, bread and butter pudding, or sticky toffee pudding.
